Objective, Coverage and Learning Outcomes:
This seminar takes a look at recent legal developments in Hong Kong health law and recent UK decisions that affect Hong Kong health law, such as cases of:
1. medical negligence;
2. manslaughter; and
3. assisted reproduction.
